“The customer service was great. But even when I asked the gentleman are you sure these are for the rear brakes they was wrong resulting in me breaking down and having to be recovered 200 miles from home. Not ideal”

“Parts I ordered via click-and-collect showed as in stock at my local store. Arrived at the store to find they were not! Helpful assistant supplied alternatives that were in stock and amended my online order accordingly. This would have been 5-star rating otherwise but never less than 4-star!”

“All parts received so far, have been excellent quality and with the online discount codes very competitively priced, although I did have one incident where i attended the parts counter and they would only serve me at full price ,because I had not purchased online before hand (very strange !!!! beware )”

“Excellent pricing (on the web) but website is sluggish and prone to spells of being un-usable but service in the shop (Lincoln) on collection was excellent. Be aware parts ordered in store are significantly more expensive !”
