“GSF staff are always helpful and experienced in finding the right product and advice. The GSF site has a good range of parts especially for my older classical vehicles which I am trying to maintain.”

“Parts are good it's a shame that the online site give more discount to the public than you gives to a trade customer so I found that better for me to buy on line and get delivered or collected why are gsf doing this don't want trade customer that spend a lot a month”

“I have had trouble with wrong parts I have ordered even the staff say yes I happens a lot so now we only pick parts and check with the staff before leaving the shop your site could tell you there are various parts ? Good pricing if only the staff packing the parts was as knowledgeable as the counter staff which are spot on never had to take parts back if you could get the site as good as the trade centre I would give you 5 stars but can't rely on having parts delivered.”

“Parts were spot on and price was good. Click and collect was pointless as parts were not ready and took 20 minutes for the member of staff to go and get them. 3hrs later you send me another message saying my parts were still waiting to be colllected.”

“Usually very good, but for the second time I ordered a part for collection at Eastleigh, then told not in stock although the 'system' let me order it, and had to drive to Totton branch to get hold of it. Not too happy about that. Would've been nice to have got a discount/voucher for the extra hassle!”

“I purchased an ignition coil for a 1.2 2015 Fiesta. Unfortunately it didn't fit. Returned for a refund, no quibble. The body of the GSF part (Delphi) was over twice as thick so original screws would not fit. New long machine screws supplied, unfortunately the coil mounting is plastic and used course thread screws. Hence I could not secure the new coil with the supplied screws.”

“First time i Used this site. Found it difficult as discount codes kept changing between 30%-65% and I missed the biggest discount code as it changed to quickly. Apart from this it was fine and collection quick and easy. Will try the site again to check if It is easier when you get used to it”

“Collected items at local store in Norwich. Counter service was spot on, items were as expected, being OE, costs with offer, reasonable. The only negative comment I experienced in ordering, was the internet options are very slow to refresh”
