“I’ve used the reading store a couple of times I can’t fault them”

“The Online purchase was really easy and after putting in the car reg it narrowed all the parts down to suitable options which I liked. The store closed at 5:30 in the week which was to early to collect the evening I ordered even though it still suggested 1 hour click and collect. The only other thing was after collecting there was no update on my order so I had done emails requesting me to go and collect my items. I ignored these and still think the experience was perfectly fine. I have already recommended GSF to others based on this experience.”

“It’s the right part and price is good too but item was not dispatched until I have to call them and ask for it and they start processing after I called. If it’s happened again I wouldn’t buy the items from gsf”

“I can generally find the parts I am looking for on the GSF website. For more unusual parts the chat on line also works well. So far the quality of the items is fair for the price and the staff when collecting, so far I use the Planet Centre at Heathrow, are quick and helpful. I certainly recommend GSF.”

“The staff were great. My only concern is that I had to come back and buy these parts as the original selected parts were the wrong ones. Possibly this was the manufacturer’s fault as the box mentioned my car, or Gsf did not have the parts listed correctly. I’m sure you will sort it out. G”
