“Staff at GSF Nottingham friendly and approachable. Brake caliper was ready for collection when stated. Surcharge levied on the part was returned when my old part was brought to the store. Overall cost of caliper was competitive. Would like more information/detail/description of parts on the website. It is often difficult to know whether the part being listed is appropriate or correct for the car.”

“With regards to loyalty email shots and their discount periods when shopping online, I have found that customers like myself can get caught up in the discount period and not being able to collect during the time given from order. Such that the customer has to reorder inline with when they can collect, bearing in mind that your shops close around the same time people finish work, so my issue is convenience and can you make it better 'hassle free' buying experience?”

“Easy straight forward service to use. Good option functions to book and purchase orders. However, it would be helpful if there was a bell at the reception (woodford branch) to indicate to staff there is a customer waiting at front desk. Apart from this customer service from staff has always been a delight.”
