“Parts took ages to arrive. This turned out to be parcel force fault. They didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver and had taken them to local post office. So would have been next day delivery but instead was 5 days after making phone calls to GSF to find out where the parts were.”

“Ordered the service parts for my car online with 60 percent discount. The order confirmation gave me a pick up from store date. However....When I got there the order number was not recognised and I had to wait while this was sorted out. After half an hour or so, my order was found in the back of the warehouse. Frustrating but worth the wait. Will still use GSF in the future.”

“I purchased a couple of air filters for my car,I was disappointed that they wasn't delivered to my house because of a problem with the payment and had to email a week later to find out what went wrong with the order, then had to reorder and collect from the shop where the card machine was out of order,but happy with the shop service and discount.”
