“Great service all round, only one gripe with ordering on a sunday i found system would not allow this and came through as error but took a screen shot of order and time. I would think that this might have been computer downtime but all made ok in end by the sales rep. Many thanks Paul Basingstoke”

“I ordered the spares online (premium wheel bearing kit) and had confirmation that they were ready for me to collect but when I went to collect them, the spares weren’t ready and the ones I wanted there wasn’t any in stock at my store so I had to accept the standard ones. I was offered that they could get the ones I ordered in for the next day but as I had already made a special journey to the store to collect them as I had confirmation I didn’t want make another journey. I was less than impressed especially when I ordered online and had confirmation that they were ready for collection. However the staff apologised and were very courteous.”

“My last order for collection from letchworth branch went ok, but I’ve had two previous experiences where orders are placed stating a collection date to only find when you go to collect on that date that the order has been cancelled off the system as it’s been more than 3 days from order to collection date which makes no sense and means the order has to placed again wasting time and money traveling to the branch.”

“I ordered a handbrake cable via Click & Collect. Couldn't believe the 60% discount at the time. That just doesn't happen to me. Very happy with the service. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong cable, entirely my fault and the correct one was unavailable,. Refund was instant and easy. I have difficulty in telling from the web site if out of stock items will be available eventually or are gone for good. (1997 Polo!)”

“I cannot understand why ordering online gives a better discount than trade. Recently went to purchase an item that I had checked online only to find it more expensive with my trade discount. Went outside, logged on to the site, ordered the part, waited 15 mins and read the paper and saved £5.00.”
