“Although the stores are now limited in areas, I visited the main branch at Heathrow, my order was made and within a few minutes the items were on the counter and ready. The advisor was knowledgeable on the items ordered unlike many other companies I deal with, a service with a smile.”

“In general your prices are on par with the rest of the industry. Just a shame that there was only one person serving in the shop when there was a queue of people waiting, what should of happened was one of the employees who where SAT down doing nothing on the phones should of got up and helped the guy on the service desk its called TEAMWORK. that would of provided better quality for the customers. We never see the winners of these mystery draws?????”

“Ordered two replacement coil springs for click and collect. Friendly staff very helpful in confirming that I had ordered the correct parts for my car when I collected the springs. Price of the parts was good in a GSF flash sale; would have been a bit expensive at full price.”

“i received part which weren't suitable for my car although website suggested it would. i then went to the actual store, person behind the till took the part to be sent back and requested for refund. I received my refund next day which i think it was quick. i then ordered the right product with the help of sales assistant at the store. Website needs improvement in terms of suggesting the right product per vehicle registration to avoid the hassle. happy with the product and journey overall.”

“I ordered a cv joint and there are only two listed, both have the same dimensions listed on your website so I ordered the one with the same cv boot. The stub shaft that goes into the hub is to big. I've fitted onto the driveshaft already so I'm guessing I can't get an exchange. But all in all gsf has been very good on the past with my orders.”

“Upper ball joint boot for a 74 Beetle arrived on time and comes as a full kit with metal fittings. The boot takes a lot of stretching and pulling to fit but the quality was good and stood up to the strain. The spring fitting were very difficult to fit and I gave up in the end and put the larger old one back on. The smaller clip was impossible to fit but a very small cable tie made the job much simpler. Overall the boot was very good and well priced compared to the main competitor.”
