“Overall I really like GSF, I use them a lot. The only thing that I find a little bit naughty is the fact that when I do a 'click and collect' and then go to the branch to pick it up, some of the items are substituted with items of a lower value and lesser brand even though it was showing as being in stock when you ordered it online. To be honest I'm always ready for this now and only accept the brand that I ordered... Just be aware!!”

“Great service at my local store in Rochdale great price not so great is ordered a dmf flywheel and clutch also said that I wanted an luk product and was given a badly boxed 3 piece clutch kit and a Velco dmf so they have ordered me a luk flywheel to pick up good Friday hope all is well then”

“It would have been a very good review but, there is always a but. I ordered some items on line for a click and collect service thinking that as I had entered my postcode it would be from my local GSF branch however when my order was complete I had an e-mail saying it would be ready for collection the next day from Torquay which is 30 miles away, so I cancelled the order as they said it couldn't be delivered to GSF Plymouth. The really annoying part was I could have had free delivery to my home. Other than that I have always found your store very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I used the click and collect service for an air and pollen filter for my BMW at the Castle Bromwich store. The inside of the store is clean and neat and the the staff were friendly. But my small concern was the waiting time, for click and collect I would have thought it would have been picked and ready to go before I even walked in the store. But i was waiting for what seemed to be a fair few minutes.”

“Received battery in super quick time in post, work commitment made collection impossible that particular week. Unfortunately some acid had leaked out perhaps not good idea to post car batteries. Saying that it works fine and after email if encounter any problems it be replaced so 5 stars for customer service.”
