“Bought a car battery from Bletchley, which is about 3 miles from my home so distance was acceptable. Price was good. Service was good enough. I used click and collect. The first one I bought had the terminals in the wrong place, which was my mistake though a really good seller would check against my car. The exchange for a correct battery was not quibbled. But I had expected to take the first one back and get an immediate swap. I was told I had to go home and reorder for click and collect. That was annoying, The refund for the first battery was in my bank account quickly. I have bought a lot from Euro Car Parts but I will now check GSF when buying and I have signed up for your newsletter.”

“Needed an Egr Valve for my jag, Matthew in aintree liverpool was patient, polite, friendly which goes long way with me. Thanks mate. Also needed a silencer for another car which i did click n reserve but when i arrived it wasnt in store despite it saying it was in stock so had to wait one more day so thats why its not five stars. Would definitely be a repeat customer though. Staff all friendly and helpful.”
