“Very good prices as there always seems to be a sale on. Recently bought brake pads, a fan belt and a thermostat which seem decent quality. Initially, I received the wrong belt, however this was rectified and I now have the correct one for my car.”

“Excellent service. Very helpful "chat" with an operator to identify the parts I required. Placing online order was very easy and with the discount applied made them value for money. Pick up of goods was easy with adequate parking and extremely friendly sales staff. Thank you.”

“I went online to buy 3 parts hoping for home delivery. 2 of the 3 items were in stock and could be delivered next day but the 3rd showed as 'not in stock'. However when I contacted the local GSF branch they had all 3 in stock so I collected them, although this was not straightforward as my car was off the road. I do not understand why the full order could not be delivered to my home. Branch staff were helpful and service was quick. Prices after discount were good. So overall I am reasonably happy.”
