“Overall happy with the service and products. Website is really helpful, and easy to use. My only issue was that the spark plug I ordered was put in a large box with other parts, which ended up getting bashed about and came out of the box. Rather than being put in a smaller box with other stuff that was ordered. Hasn’t put me off and will definitely be shopping here again in the future”

“I ordered a 12V car battery online for in-store collection. After finding parking quite far away, I joined the queue in the shop and when I gave the correct order number, the system pulled up a completely different order with the wrong amount. After a delay and investigation by a senior staff member, it turned out the employee hadn’t checked the date on the order number, even though the order number matched. I eventually paid the balance and had to carry the heavy battery all the way back to the car with no trolley or assistance offered. I was also told the battery comes with a 3-year warranty, but I never received the actual battery purchase receipt — only a generic payment receipt was given. Overall, a very disappointing and poorly managed service experience.”

“No problem with GSF but they used Evri to deliver my car part and it never arrived. To be fair, GSF issued a refund without a problem but I would be put off ordering again because of Evri.”
