“All parts correctly supplied on click and collect and all were correct for the vehicle. Although a choice of makes is offered on the website, what is actually available at one's local branch may be quite limited. Thus my choices were often determined by what I would be able to collect the next working day. Discounted prices shown on the website were competitive but other discount offers were confusing and, if used, could result in smaller discount.”
