“I purchased a part for my car last week and it was delivered this week and on time. However the part was wrong and i had to purchase the part from another supplier as GSF informed me they are now unable to supply the correct part for my car. I have no issue with GSF other than the website only asks for the car make, type, model and year. with this information i get the part that GSF say will fit my car. unfortunately it did not fit on this occasion. I will return the part for a refund from GSF and continue to use GSF but i will call them in future to make sure i have the correct part.”

“Easy to use click and collect service, just disappointed that when I arrived at just after 14:00 on a Saturday it was shut, so had to make the journey twice. Second experience was great and very quick. Bulb was exactly right and has been fitted successfully.”

“I had a issue with the site showing me a different picture for the part with regards to the part number, whereas I did put the Reg number for car and it did match. However, I did get the order wrong and I ended up ordering another one and pay the shipping. I wrote an email and the person named Phil was at his best, and gave me all the alternative to save the return postage. Now, I am waiting for them to give me the credit for the returns. If that’s goes well then of course the customer is the best 👍”

“Ordered and collected the part easily. Had to cancel original order and repeat, as the discount didn’t appear first time so I got the discount price 2nd time around. But luckily the depot is very close by. Very happy with product. Wish it was easier to search website for parts ( especially when you aren’t sure of name )”

“At first I ordered wrong parts and they were great to b able to get them returned and the proper parts arrived around 4 days later at a fraction of the price from the dealer will use them again when I need other parts”

“It took a bit of time to work out which parts were the correct one for my car but this was all done within the website and when the parts arrived they were the correct parts. They were well packaged and unmarked. They've only just been fitted so I can't comment on the durability or quality as yet.”

“Slow delivery when local depot only serving trade less than 5 mins away. Don’t understand how click and collect isn’t an option and makes for a 3-day repair on the simplest jobs.”

“Service was great, fast delivery and well designed/laid out website. Only hitch was the availability of 5l containers of oil given the current climate and it being a 60% off sale at the time i dont think its fair to say that its a "real" issue”

“The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I asked for luk parts and the order came in luk boxes but one of the parts was substituted for another brand . Whether or not the price is different nothing was said when I contacted them . They said if the proper part was unavailable then they would automatically substitute it for the next best . Although I was happy to accept it I do wish that they would contact / email the customer 1st before they do such a thing .”
