“I was very pleased with the service I had from GSF. I usually only use genuine VW parts. I once purchased suspension joints for an Audi from GFS. When I returned a while later to do the other side they were a lot dearer. When I questioned this I was told I had bought budget range previously ? If I had known and been given a choice I would never have done that. As VW have stopped supplying the parts I needed I had to look for an alternative and tried GFS. I purchased only one at first to check the quality. I was very pleased with it so then ordered a second. With a 60% discount it was a very good deal and I think it may be manufactured by the same people who supplied VW. I will look closer at GFS parts in the future. Thank you.”

“Everything fine except the delivery company (XDP). Ordered on Wednesday, got delivered exactly one week later! The order stated 3-4 days delivery.”

“My first purchase from them, Brake Pads for my Hyundai. They were offered at a very competitive price and delivered on time. Having worked in the Motor Industry Aftermarket myself for over 40 years, I fully understand the need to offer a quality range of products at a fair price and on time. Given the current situation, they fulfilled my expectations.”

“Click & collect order from Leeds east for two items sales assistant brought out only one item saying that there was only one item . On showing him the order confirmation he tried to find the missing item and another assistant said that the only one that had been in stock had been delivered to another customer. After 45 minutes of trying other possible stockists they came up with an alternative which their computer showed as suitable. On returning to Doncaster my grandson who the order was for was not satisfied and went to the Doncaster branch who said that the item supplied was definitely incorrect and so arranged to supply the replacement which had been originally requested.”

“Normally excellent service but recently I had to take in an exchange brake caliper for a refund which was purchased before the lock down. t up on thiI could not find the invoice and was told I could not get the exchange refund without it.Surely the branch could look it up on their computer.Your comments please.”
