“The part was fairly priced, half the cost of other suppliers, delivery was perfect, i can recommend my colleagues to check your website first before buying elsewhere.”

“Great price, but queue extremely slow at the Leicester branch due to covid. Seems could easily have 2 customers at a time with social distancing rather than 1.”

“Being a bit lazy, I selected a set of wipers assuming that they were the correct size for my car as determined by my car registration. The right vehicle was found but both blades are too small. I'm not sure why it would suggest wipers that are to small.”

“Very good products very cheap however after matching the profucts to what the online store and instore colleages said was recommended for my vehicle it turns out they are ALl not compatible so had to spend another £100 on parts to fit to my vehicle”

“I visited the shop not knowing of the new set up to order on line and collect via click and collect. The gentleman who was there assisted me when I called number displayed. He was very helpful and after a few minutes I came back with my intended shopping for car parts. I collected from the shop myself.”

“I ordered 4 filters to my car what I needed for a service, but two of them was a wrong size. So I found the shop and bring them back. The guy was very helpful and so easily sorted out for me! So if I can rate separately for the online order I'll give 2 stars, because of the wrong items and No invoice! But for the guy in the shop I'll give 5 stars!”

“Staff were pleasant and attentive, even carried the parts to the car and observed social distancing guide lines. Parts ordered on line were available within the hour. Click and collect with contactless payment with good discounts available. Would recommend GSF.”

“I prefer to shop at GSF in person, but upon arriving at the Bristol Central site, I found that was not possible. However, when I 'phoned the number posted on the premises my call was answered promptly and informed that I could get parts from GSF through the Click and Collect service. I found the Click and collect service straightforward to use and consider it to be about as good a response to trading under Covid-19 restrictions as could be feasibly introduced. I managed to order and collect almost all the items required, but there is a slight downside. When shopping in person, it is usually possible to have items that are not available in the local branch transferred from another branch within a day. Unfortunately click and collect does not make this service available. Had that facility been available, I would have rated GSF Car Parts 5 Star. I would have rated Customer Service 5 star, but that function is not working on this questionnaire!”

“Plenty of parts in stock, and very easy to search by registration number. However shipping is a bit slow, they state 3 to 4 days but 6 to 8 days is more accurate.”
