“Plenty of parts in stock, and very easy to search by registration number. However shipping is a bit slow, they state 3 to 4 days but 6 to 8 days is more accurate.”

“GSF Car parts have an excellent range, and typing in my reg gave me a good list of specific parts for my vehicle which was really helpful as I knew what i purchased would be compatible. If i was to point out one area of improvement it would be transparency on postage time. When i purchased my order it said the items were in stock and that it would be 3-4 working days to arrive. I purchased an item on a tuesday morning, it wasn't dispatched till the friday and then arrived the following monday. The staff were very helpful and tracked it for me when i rang them, but if you needed a part within that 4 day window you might miss out.”

“I ordered a battery and was kept informed of how the order was progressing; it turned up quickly. The only potential problem was that although the box was marked 'This Way Up' (and was delivered that way up) the battery was packed upside down inside it! Fortunately an AGM battery, and it seems to work fine despite this.”

“Good price for quality parts, pick up was easy and staff was friendly. There was a product I ordered that says was in store but was not available when I came to collect so that was a bit of a hassle other than that everything was good.”

“Overall a great service on collection, I reserved two coil springs online for collection unfortunately when I arrived only one was in stock. This was minor though, considering the price I paid for the part and the offer of ordering one in ASAP. I would fully recommend. I was quoted £150-£200 for the job from a few garages, I was able to purchase and fit the part myself, saving a lot of money. I will use GSF car parts in the further”

“I've owned an old air cooled VW Beetle for a year & 3 months, I've often ordered parts from GSF from the internet or sometimes I collect items from the Bristol Central shop the items are very good quality & fair prices! The staff are friendly & professional.”

“I found the click and collect excellent. I did call the store before and the staff member was helpful discussed fitment options. It is a shame that the store cannot match the online price without going through the click and collect . But as I said the individual service from the Wolverhampton branch was excellent”

“Staff were friendly and were managing the Covid-19 rules OK. They checked if the Yuasa battery needed charging which it didn't but couldn't find the manufacturing date code on it which I like to know, only the next/first charging date which was later this year so perhaps you can work backwards eg 1 year from this. Will use GSF again.”
