“Ordered 2 items on line, received notification they were ready for collection ! When I arrived they could only find 1 off . Whats the point of ordering in advance ? To confirm everything is ready for collection and then having to make another trip to collect the missing items would have appreiciated being informed at the time only 1 off would be available so I could make other arrangements.”

“The parts & ordering were good, the service in the shop is awful. I waited 25 minutes to collect my order. It’s not the people in the shops fault but they are so under staffed. If I hadn’t paid for my order I would have walked out.”

“GSF are always my first choice for car parts because the prices are always good and the parts are delivered quickly. On this occasion, I went into my local GSF (Macclesfield) as I was having problems finding the correct wipers for my vehicle. The service I received was fantastic. The guy who served me (Lee) not only found the correct wipers, but visually checked them against the old wipers, which were on the vehicle, and fitted them. To say I'm extremely grateful is an understatement. Thank you, Lee.. you're a star.”
