“Fairly quick collection. However, only one staff member working the Counter and she was dealing with an awkward customer so I was held up.”

“Quick delivery , just not that well packaged brought a exhaust backbox and was just in a lot of cardboard boxes put together to fit it”

“Apart from having to wait due to only one person serving. Made worse by customers who don’t know what vehicle they want parts for. The counter staff are very professional and do a good job. Quality parts at the right price”

“I placed my order online as easy as ABC When I went to collect my order I was left waiting for what seemed like an eternity as the desk was not managed just think that this can be sorted by having someone at the desk at all times.”

“This was the first time I used GSF, so it's only fair not to come up with a 100% score, either way, until after I have placed several more orders with them. So far, so good, though. Especially helpful to find they have an on-site set of customer parking bays, right outside their entrance door, in a private, off-street, traffic-warden free car-park! Their generous discount incentives for using their online ordering service, are another 'plus'. I can only recommend giving them a try, like I did.”

“It’s ok to order some parts you know otherwise you get wrong part and that will not fit in your car. If you put reg number to find a part the right part should come but no . Sometimes when you order online and click and collect when you take that part to garage that completely different and doesn’t fit in your car”
