“..hi..im half happy..cos some parts what i bought doesnt fit and i had to buy from diffrent company..i hope i will be refunded ..GSF should check car parts after vin number not only plate number for good fitting of parts..”

“Order in advance of me collecting from depot is helpful, however finding the correct battery for my car wasn’t so easy... I entered my registration, up came the details , which were correct, located a battery that said it would be good, then in the information it states it may not be.... but then looked at the rest and non would fit... so I just hope I have the right one. A bit confusing. Having said that you always have the parts in, very seldom on back order.”

“This isn't the first time this has happened. Ordered one product to find an alternative was supplied. Don't necessary have an issue BUT for goodness sake, let's have clarity at the outset so there are no surprises please. Tell us if you are supplying an alternative and then if we don't like, we can cancel.”

“As soon as I walked in I was served, then within less than a minute I was given all the parts I had ordered. The assistant saw I had difficulties carrying the goods but he shot around the counter and grabbed the other parts off me and walked then over to my car and even put them in, what can I say, very grateful and very appreciative.”

“GSF is very local for me and discount vouchers are always welcome especially when I have jobs to do on our cars so I try to make full use of them.. I order the parts online, apply the voucher & my parts are always there the next day to pick up, what more could you want? - The 1st and only disappointment I've had was yesterday when after picking up all the service parts needed for my Wife's Ford Puma I decided to purchase and fit a new Rocker Cover Gasket rather than just use the sealant... As there was a weekend discount voucher in my inbox I decided to take advantage of it and order the gasket but unfortunately they were out of stock in Luton, Bedford, Letchworth & Milton Keynes so, as I needed the part the next day, I have had to use Euro Parts in Luton who had the part to collect today but I have had to pay considerably more for it! - That said GSF usually always have any parts I need and this was probably just someones oversight when it came to re-stocking?”
