“They made me becuase i got good discount on the items and free delivery but the items inside the packages were not very good condition, inside packing were all broken so they can make sure of good condition arrival, overall very pleased. Thank you”

“I've used GSF for a few years now and found them very good with:- available stock, quality and service. One problem I find is, if there is more than one item for the vehicle, i.e. oil filter or fuel filter, I can't pin-point the correct one without ringing up. Could the facility for the VIN number to be entered to be able to sort it on-line. I've got to add that that it's always sorted out quickly on the phone.”

“Good service but had to wait about 15 minutes to be served Price's are good if you have discount code but feel retail price is inflated to compensate only shop with you when have discount code otherwise I use your rival euro you know who I mean”

“The parts I ordered arrived at the branch on time and correct. However the struggle I had with the website to find the right parts and order with the promotional discount was trying,to say the least. I was using an IPad so maybe it's easier with a laptop. This hassle caused me to downgrade your mark from very good.”

“Good customer service and helpful staff, only gripe is you do have to double check some items as there is often a choice of parts for your car but a phone call can sort this for online sales.”

“It's been great when I've overbooked some of the parts (brake pads for example) I could return the surpless brake pad set straight away. Also when some of these parts do not fit my car, I can return them in exchange for my money, without the whole experience being dragged out and made uncomfortable not just for me, but also for people waitting in line behind me.”

“It has consistently provided branded and good products at a good price. You can check stock on the website and book online without having to enter card details with payment being made at collection. The website usually ensures a discount although it can be confusing whether a 30%, 25% or 20% discount applies.”
