“Top quality parts, much better than competitors. Proper OE quality parts used by car manufacturers. Website should be upgraded and system should be more robust to prevent wrong parts to be sold.”

“Sometimes when the website doesn't give the option to home deliver I ring up the GSF team. Always very helpful and phones answered promptly. I do like the weekly discount options but can be frustrating making a mid-week order with no code (if it cannot wait to the weekend). Overall a good experience.”

“We are a family of six with 5 cars, and undertake maintenance ourselves as much as possible. Gsf stock a range of parts for cars that my family use. They range from parts for old fords to newer Volkswagons and Skodas. I can normally get the parts next day or pop into my local branch in Peterborough, where the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and always give the right part. I have had wrong parts delivered because I have ordered wrong but they have always swapped them for the correct bits - no quibble. Great service and cheap too.”

“Competitive price, good quality and available for collection as advised. Not so good that only near side track rod end was in stock when I was looking for both sides, and even though I collected the parts promptly when advised as available I received emails telling me that I hadn't collected them and similar emails were send again after I had replied saying they had been collected.”

“The staff at the swindon branch need training on how to provide proper customer service. I have walked into the shop a few time recently and the service to customers is terrible. I have been left waiting for upto five minutes while staff have just sat in the office or have just walked by and not even acknowledged me being there, I called into the store last Saturday and It would seem like the person who servered me was hung over and looked half asleep. I mentioned this to my son and told him I would have gone to eurocarparts if I hadn't have ordered the parts online and have got such a good discount, you need to send a few people into that store undercover”

“Online ordering is straight forward, prices are good, premium quality range is as good as O.E, But every time I go to collect my order there is always long ques and not many people serving which is GSF's only let down, saying that I still use GSF regularly as they are local and conveneant.”
