“Shipping took almost 2 weeks when the store is 15 minutes away. Sent me a wrong plate, didn’t offer to replace it with a cast iron equivalent or a different set until the replacement comes. Offered to replace them with cheaper, lighter plates essentially ripping me off. Customer service was pleasant but disorganised”

“Product quality is great however my order was shipped to the wrong house and after contacting the customer service team I got one email back and never anything more. Luckily I figured out the house it was delivered to and got my order myself but if I didn’t I never would’ve received it. Don’t think this is their fault and was just a mistake.”

“It was a wonderful experience, easy to shop online with amazing prices. Wonderful products, I bought olympic weights from GymDirect and they are absolutely fantastic. Shipping was done in time even during covid times and the products reached my home in perfect condition.”

“Originally I was delivered the wrong plates, however I was compensated for the mistake made by gym direct, being the reason for this reveiw change. The customer service could do with an improvement but the items I ordered are solid!”

Hi Ashley, we resolved this issue for you on the 20th of August. Your order was placed on the 9th of August therefore the wait was 11 days. We realize that this was longer than the listed delay timeframe but unfortunately with some orders these things happen. We deeply apologise for your experience and hope your next one is much better!

“I understand times are hard at the moment, but I suggest you reconsider click and collect. I live around the corner and could have picked up my order as soon as it was ready. Instead I ordered on the 10th of August and still haven’t received my items. Most stores offer click and collect at this current time, maybe reconsider this option.”

Hi there, thank you for this feedback. We are indeed looking to reinstate Click & Collect for our customers. The reason why we turned it off is that logistically we were not initially equipped to safely handle the foot traffic in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown in Sydney. We have been actively actioning this and are seriously looking at opening back up for Click & Collect shortly. We will keep you posted via email when this happens!
