“The machine is excellent quality however it came a few weeks after we were told it would arrive and without assembly instructions. Staff are friendly. Overall I am happy with the machine and the customer service.”

“Just bought a Muscle Motion power rack package and multistation. I'm very happy with the quality, it's quite sturdy for a home gym and for the price. Good communication from Gym Direct, always replied to messages in a timely manner.”

Hi Charles, We do apologize for the Freight that took a little longer than usual with AUS Post, we can see you ordered on the 21 of Jan for a pre-order item that can take a week to get to our warehouse which you agreed upon when making the order, it was then dispatched on the 31st of Jan and arrived on the 3rd of Feb, as you agreed on the pre-order this is standard for a pre-order delivery, again we do apologize and look to improve this in the future. “I wouldn’t have written this review except for receiving an email asking me to do here it is: Ordered on 14th jan and still haven’t received them. I only live 1hr away from the store , would have been better driving up to collect. Will be calling Monday to follow up”
