“Unfortunately the product had a major manufacturing problem. I was able to rectify this myself by drilling holes through the steel and I was given a partial refund, which was good, but would hope that the quality of the product would have been better up front.”

“The buying process online was very straightforward. Delivery time was longer than the usual but I was emailed continually notifying me of the delay in the postage system. The price of the purchases was good value.”

“I bought an Olympic bar and some weights. Was delivered within a week. Would of given 5 stars but order was delivered in 2 parts but appeared complete after only the bar was delivered. Left wondering if/when weights would arrive. Customer service were good when I called about it.”

“Order has been dispatched 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been received, still unsure when it is going to be delivered to me and Gym Direct is unable to give any clarity on when to expect it. Quite unhappy to be paying such high delivery fees for an unreliable service, then receive an email for feedback on "how did we do?" when I haven't even gotten the item?”
