“Long wait time on delivery and came covered in oil. Delivery came in 2 different packs. The quality of the weights are great and will be used regularly.”

Thank you for your feedback Chloe. I'm sorry to hear about the delivery experience and that it arrived covered in oil which is not typical of our service. I will make sure this is addressed with our warehouse team so they are aware of how important this issue is to us. Our goal is always to provide a great customer experience from start to finish, including at the time of order fulfillment.

Hey Matthew, we take matters like this one very seriously and are super sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience. From what I can see in our system, our sales coordinator Chris has responded to your emails regarding the order delay? Please note, this delay was a courier delay and had nothing to do with dispatch or Gym Direct. Once an item has been shipped, it is largely out of our hands but I can see that Chris also reached out to the courier service to find out why there was a delay in delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking data as instructed and you will be kept in the loop with as to where your order is, direct with the courier! Thanks mate.

“For having cheap pricing the weight plates that came were alright. Not the best as the rubber-coated plates I got had dents in them and a bit of tear in them already. However, the plates work well as plates so I don't worry too much. I just believe if the manufacturing of the weights were a bit better combined with the cheap pricing and also good delivery time I would rate a 5 star. Overall gym direct gets a 4 star and is recommended for a gym on a budget.”

“I am still waiting on 2 of the items I ordered over 2 weeks ago very disappointed they have taken so long to come especially when I’m from Melbourne and they were sent to Sydney and they have now been in Sydney for over a week and have been delayed twice already. This will really impact if I order from you again or not.”

“Shipping took almost 2 weeks when the store is 15 minutes away. Sent me a wrong plate, didn’t offer to replace it with a cast iron equivalent or a different set until the replacement comes. Offered to replace them with cheaper, lighter plates essentially ripping me off. Customer service was pleasant but disorganised”

“Product quality is great however my order was shipped to the wrong house and after contacting the customer service team I got one email back and never anything more. Luckily I figured out the house it was delivered to and got my order myself but if I didn’t I never would’ve received it. Don’t think this is their fault and was just a mistake.”
