"I've just had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a product listed as an online exclusive, through their website. \r\n\r\nThe chat bot disconnected 2x times. On the 3rd try I got a CSR babe Chantarjeet. I gave him the details he told me me to clear my cache & data \"can I help you with anything else today?\"\r\nI did this without disconnecting the chat & it didn't work.\r\nIt took 5 minutes between Reply of each message. \r\nHe finally checked the stock & supposedly not available, eventhough the site says it is.\r\nOver 30 minutes wasted.\r\nUseless from start to finish!"

"Offering 20% discount on tyres online. But at checkout, only 15% given. Over an hour bring transferred to different people on the telephone. Went onto chats and half an hour \"chatting\" to someone from another country who simply said \"only 15%\" and refused to transfer me to a manager. Terrible customer service"

"Here\u2019s a corrected version of your statement:\r\n\r\nI purchased a Halfords Apollo folding e-bike and used it for just two weeks before the battery stopped working. I took it to Halfords Chingford for repair, and initially, they told me it would take one week. However, every time I called for an update, they kept telling me to wait, and now it has been more than 23 days with no resolution.\r\n\r\nThis is extremely disappointing\u2014it\u2019s just a bicycle, not a Formula One car, yet the repair is taking unreasonably long. The delay has already affected my daily commute and forced me to spend extra money on train fares, which cost me \u00a36 per day.\r\n\r\nGiven that the bike was only used for two weeks before the battery failed, this reflects very poor product quality and an even worse customer service experience. What\u2019s the purpose of buying an e-bike if I can\u2019t even use it for its intended purpose?\r\n\r\nI feel this delay is unacceptable, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and progress. Very disappointed very poor quality and services."

Awful place, no customer service, I asked for advice, didn't get it, just a shrug, as the bored Halfords person was keen to move on to next customers. Ended up wasting my money on something I couldn't use. "I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes.\r\nWhen I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner.\r\nWithout any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up.\r\n Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes.\r\nThe team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike\u2019s issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I\u2019ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family\u2019s bikes\r\nThere is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service.\r\nIf you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I\u2019m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. \r\nI couldn\u2019t ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks.\r\nHighly recommend and definitely will come back."
