“Opened the hamper and it was lovely very well presented but a bit shocked with how much that was in there considering the price”

“Delivery service was good, but the website v frustrating as you did not have a Customer Service phone contact. I wanted to send the two items as one package and needed to speak to someone. I would have spent more if I could have spoken to someone and arranged this.”

“The hamper was bought as a gift for my step mum who particularly loved the cookies, she said they were lovely at crispy, the muffins were lovely too. The only criticism was with the flapjacks which she thought were a bit on the "heavy" side, but that is just her personal opinion. Arrived on her birthday and were well presented, so all good thank you.”

“Parcelforce did not deliver on the arranged day. The hamper arrived just after lunch the following day. This was a disappointment, as we had arranged for our daughter and son-in-law to dinner on their 25th wedding anniversary, the day the hamper was due to arrive, so that we could give it to them as a gift.”

“Presented very well. Looking forward to giving it to my sister when my niece is born. It is a little expensive but saves you if you don't have the time to do it yourself. Lovely gift.”
