“The gifts look great and will make lovely Xmas presents . The cost of the delivery is unacceptable. I purchased 2 towers and a hamper which were all delivered at the same time but was charged £7.95 for each one which is a total of £23.85! I'm aware you say you are a family run business (not sure if it's large or small) but a review of the delivery costs are required. Unfortunately I wouldn't order from you again and I wouldn't recommend you due to these costs.”

Dear Deborah Thank you for your feedback! All hampers are shipped out in individual boxes, protected with airbags and bubblewrap, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately we are unable to group multiple hampers inside a single box to make a saving on delivery costs. “The ordering, delivery and communication were very good. I was a little disappointed in that the hamper itself was smaller than I expected, but that was my fault for not reading the description properly - it was described accurately!”

“Lovely gift bought for the Boss that 'wants for nothing' but 'loves to graze!' Very impressive stacking box structure and I am sure will be devoured fairly rapidly. Speedy delivery and generally a good thumbs up :-)”

“I was very happy with the quick delivery of my item and the packaging. I was disappointed with the actual size, I had ordered a tower and I feel for the money I paid the boxes should have been bigger it does not look so good as the picture! when I am giving it as a xmas gift.”

“Placing the order was OK although I would have liked a fuller description of the contents of each hamper (and less sales pitch!). I was unable to track the Parcelforce process of the first delivery and as a result it arrived while I was out”

“This was ordered as a gift, so can't comment on content of hamper. Ordering on line was very easy, I received various emails to keep me updated on delivery, which happened as promised.”

“The order comes very quickly which is always good. However you have to pay postage on each item you buy, and they come separate. They should find a way of putting each items together. But on the whole very good service. Easy to order.”

“Should have more selections for each categories, such as birth days, anniversaries, etc. adding a occasional related balloons should be suggested at the check out. overall I am satisfied and definitely use this service again.”
