“Hamper was a gift for a group of care staff at a nursing home who had been caring for my mother. Gift was beautifully presented and delivered as required. Contents were gratefully received but whilst the nature and the weights are all fully described they are always smaller than anticipated. Would use this company again.”

“hi The only thing I can say with this, it was a breakfast hamper, but delivered at 3.00pm in the afternoon. Difficult to organise couriers I know, but did seem to miss the lovely idea”

“Very pleased with the hamper which was an anniversary gift sent to a hotel in Fort William. I was a little concerned that I didn't hear anything for 2 working days after my order but once the order was confirmed & despatched, the service was excellent & I had a reassuring reply to my enquiry very quickly.”

“The hamper was a gift so did not personally see it. I know the recipient was pleased. The updates on delivery progress were good so I was able to make sure that someone would be in to receive it, however I did not have an update to say it had been delivered.”

“I ordered these a a thank you to a supplier that had gone the extra mile for us. They were very appreciative, although I didnt see the end product myself as I had them delivered direct to their offices. Ordering from Hamper gifts was very easy, lots of choice on their web site. good email notifications and they delivered on the correct pre-booked day.”

“Our business is built around people both clients and candidates we used a similar company to send small but appreciated gifts to new starters and that company was taken over and left the market. We have tried a couple of other suppliers who were not particularly good. Thankfully we found Hampergifts.co.uk Ltd and the gift was delivered on time chosen from a very good website was as described delivered on time and was well received we shall be using you excellent company again. “The hamper was great but delivery not so good . They didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver it was supposed to be a surprise but I had to tell my sister which was annoying all the stars are just for the hamper itself she loved it”

“All good with placing the order provided it's straightforward and the delivery was on time and possible (though not easy) to track. My only negative comment is that there is no phone number on the website to order through and I prefer to have the option to do that. I needed to send a get well hamper to someone recently and would have spent £50 with you but I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the order and as I was unable to call you I had to place the order with M&S instead.”

“Very prompt delivery, well packaged and the basket was very nicely presented. The only down side was that they said the cheese was only good for 1 to 2 weeks so I had to cut the packaging open to get the cheese out I was going to put the whole thing in a cool place but thought the cheese will go off anyway but when I opened the package the cheese had an expiry date of January so I had to unecessarily ruin the packaging somewhat.”

“Service was good. Delivery driver eventually delivered the hamper on the third visit having stated that he attempted delivery (this is a business and a 24hr operation). Would be good if you could email me a receipted invoice for my records. Many thanks.”
