Thank you for your email. We have spoken to both DPD and your receipient to resolve the issue, and we are pleased to report delivery will be made to the original address tomorrow. The receipient had previously requested , via the DPD app, that all DPD parcels be directed to the pickup shop, so it was a default setting for all their DPD deliveries - not just ours. We have now notified him on how this can be updated & removed, since the pickup shop is no longer in operation, We do hope this helps! “I found ordering my gift through Hampergifts to be simple to organise with the minimum of fuss as you would expect through a web based portal. I later asked for the delivery date to be amended which they also accommodated without any fuss. The only unfortunate experience was that my Nan wasn’t home when it was delivered so dispite stating ‘fragile’ the hamper was dropped over the back gate by the delivery driver. Luckily it survived.”

“The people who received them were thrilled. They said the presentation was lovely. For delivery, I was informed of the one-hour delivery slot by email on the day without having to visit an external site, which was helpful.”

“I would say that your Goods and service as good to accept. I further prefer if you could let us choose a speedy delivery, as I wanted those as a gift to recipient on 09th April, instead 10th.”

“The gift was very well received. However, the card was not on the top and it wasn't immediately identifiable who had sent it. Also, I could not understand how the message would like or how the card would look like. Perhaps some image of the message on the card would help. A bit more flexibility as to which chocolate would go in along with the recommended items would be a nice option to have. Having said all of that, this was an excellent gift to give!”

“Sent as a gift, receipient loved it. Only disappointment was that courier could, apparently, not find address when it was supposed to be delivered. Found address next day when it was a day too late.”

“Our daughter was delighted with the hamper that she collected recently from the nearby pharmacy, and with the earlier one that you delivered before Christmas. Our friend in Norwich was similarly pleased to receive her pre-Christmas hamper. We parents in Australia would have been happier had you been able to arrange actual delivery to our daughter's home recently, However we understand that delivery to the pharmacy was agreed with our daughter. We will be very happy to order future hampers from Hampergifts.co.uk. You have a wide range of attractively presented gifts. This recent gift to our daughter was of a special treat nature. However at Christmas we usually look for varied collections of special foodstuffs that would be useful to someone living on their own and not gifts with a heavy emphasis on just sweets or large amounts of alcohol and accompaniments.”

“Product very good but unfortunately advice of delivery date proved incorrect. Having received email notification that delivery would take place on Monday 11th December, the courier then tried to deliver on 9th! As a result delivery failed, and following a string of emails about further delivery attempts and failures, arrangements were eventually to collect from a pickup point. Frustrating conclusion to an otherwise very good service.”
