Nicola was extremely communicative, like wise Leon and were both very understanding as we had to change our installation dates several times because of Tradee's delays. Nothing was too much of a bother. The time frame with which they completed the job in and the state of workmanship was second to none. “With the underlay and the thicker quality nylon carpet, it feels like a wool carpet to walk on. There is very little residue that comes out, so extra vaccuuming is not necessary. Furniture marks just brush out. The carpet and vinyl layers were good workers and helpful.”
