Great communication with Franchises but a mess was left behind

The two who carried out the quote, measure and show of samples were professional, extremely pleasant and arrived as expected. The price of the carpet and the laying was very good. However, on payment of the deposit, there was no acknowledgement it had been received and no response to messages sent regarding any queries I had. I since understand there a staff member had left. The carpet layers were very good. However, I was amused and surprised to see the carpet laid out on the road in our cul de sac to be cut and I am not 100% happy with the laying of the carpet as it has not been stretched enough in some places against the walls.

Got there in the end, long wait for carpet to arrive in country, when initially told it was available in country. Happy with the product but laying of carpet was a uncomfortable experience with laying team swearing and complaining. Then laid stairs crooked, came back to lay again, still not 100% with carpet puckered on stairs but prepared to live with it

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I was sorry to hear that there were some delayed time frames with getting the product into New Zealand. I sincerely apologise for the bad language used at your home and that you felt uncomfortable in this situation. This behaviour is not acceptable and I will be following up with the installers who did this job. Quotation process efficient. Installation process very good. Response to customer requests that were outside original brief, unsatisfactory.

we had a make on the carpet that meant serval visits from carpet cleaners and the flooring were short tiles and the wrong color was installed so we had to wait for replacements which took weeks to sort. Finally got it all finished but felt it was a bit of a mission

Quite difficult to contact, took 3 months to repair damaged done to our hard floor by carpet layers. Had to choose different carpet 15 hours before the layers arrived as the wrong carpet was delivered by the warehouse apparently.

The initial installation went well but where the extra carpet was laid there is a ridge which does not look good Maybe the underlay was shorter than the carpet.

the fitting around door openings was a bit disapointing big gaps. joints/seams in odd places, stands out .

I hate to complain but the guys who installed the lino did a pretty poor job, I had to get them back round again to fix it, & even when they fixed it it still looked rough but I was too scared to say anything more because they were obviously not happy about having to come back. Also, I had to remind Harrison’s to add my flybys to my card as they seemed to have forgotten.

I got a quote and went with it because it seemed reasonable, the quote was $500 less than the final cost. I end product was high quality.
