She was very helpful and as soon as we saw the samples (even though there were hundreds to choose from), we instantly knew which carpet we wanted. Once installed, we were very happy with our choice - it looks and feels fantastic. The installers were thorough and completed the job in one day which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if someone had called us after the install to check that we were happy with everything.”
