“Betsy visited us at our home with samples and to measure up. She was very helpful and as soon as we saw the samples (even though there were hundreds to choose from), we instantly knew which carpet we wanted. Once installed, we were very happy with our choice - it looks and feels fantastic. The installers were thorough and completed the job in one day which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if someone had called us after the install to check that we were happy with everything.”

“The service I received from Peter and Kay was outstanding. from the time I ordered a quote to the time the carpet got installed. Peter and Kay helped me with all my questions. The team they have working for them were very professional (The man who laid my carpet was fantastic). I love my new carpet.”
