“Harrisons Carpet are easy to deal with and nothing is a problem. Their carpets are of a good quality with plenty of variety to choose from. The installer came on time and was finished within a reasonable time frame. Then a short time later Nathan followed up to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service from Harrisons and I would definitly recommend then.”

“No fuss quote! We got quotes from 3 different places. Harrisons arrived on time, gave us all the different carpet & underlay options right in our own home. We had looked on the website and thought we had picked out a colour but with the great big samples they brought along we realised it wasn’t what we wanted at all! The samples were a great size to truly see what the carpet would look like – no need to visit the shop. We were able to pick out what we wanted without any fuss. Fast instillation! Despite all the issues with Covid 19, as soon as practically possible the carpet was installed. And they keep in contact with us before the lockdown and let us know what their plans were during lockdown whenever there were different plans for the different levels. Exceeded our expectations!”

“Harrisons in kapiti have gone above and beyond, we had a family emergency which meant we couldn't get underlay out before their arrival, they were not fussed at all, removed remaining underlay and took rubbish, we came home to brand new carpet 10days later! They also sent a card and a lotto ticket thanking us also hoping our family member was okay. Awesome to deal with, would highly recommend! Thank you very much Harrisons!! Chelsea and Rhett Foxton Beach”
