“For a start everyone arrived on time! Sue was great, it was easy to choose from the selection she brought with her. She was able to give me a price then and there, sort out payment and book a date. We knew it would be hard work to move our household around, but Harrisons gave us a comprehensive list so when the guys turned up to move the last of the furniture they were able to get straight in to it. Our house isn't large but they uplifted our old carpet and underlay and fitted the new by 11.15 am. And the thicker underlay is SO worth it! Highly recommend.”

“Thanks to Lawrence and Nicola for a fantastic service and who also had excellent advice when choosing our laminate flooring and carpet. The floor layers were excellent with their workmanship and great to deal with. We would certainly recommend Lawrence, Nicola and the Harrisons team to anyone wishing for good friendly affordable flooring.”

“This was our third time using Harrisons for new carpet and although we've been very impressed in the past, this time the service and installation was EXCEPTIONAL! The office staff managed to fit the job in during a very busy period and the installers were the best we have ever seen - no visible joints, care was taken around the newly painted skirting and walls and they were all very friendly and great to deal with! I would definitely recommend this company!”

“The service was prompt and efficient, the team turned up as per scheduled time which is very important when renovating. Lawerence came back three times with different samples to meet our ever changing minds. Everyone was polite and got the job done and did their jobs fabulously, the carpet layers did not even have a cup and bickie that was left out.... how is that for mind on the job. We have passed the word out to our friends and truly hope this Rotorua Crew will get even busier.The carpet itself is soft and we find ourselves lying on the floor more than ever. A top result all round. A big thank you Nicola and Lawrence”
