“We had been to number of carpet companies and had made a decision, My sister in-law suggested we check out Harrisons Carpet first before we go ahead. I am great-full for her suggestion as, Kelly who came into our home for a consult was honest and her customer service skills were first class. It felt like she was part of our family as she listened, suggested and most of all had the patience to show the carpets we liked best in different areas of the house so we could get an idea of how they looked. The process from beginning to end has been seamless, with all work carried out professionally and skillfully. Highly recommend you look at Harrisons Carpet for your flooring needs.”

“Great job. Completed on time. The planing of door was a little awkward for me but I managed in the end. I would have liked the thin line replaced or at least levelled before lino installed. It left a bump, which cannot be seen but still there.”

“The team at the Taupo office were excellent from start to finish. Lynne was extremely helpful and flexible in scheduling the carpet laying which gave me peace of mind and made the whole process much easier. She was also very friendly and genuine which you don't often get these days. She never made me feel like I was putting them out, though I'm sure the rescheduling was annoying, but beyond my control. Thank you to the Taupo team!”
