“Harrison’s Carpets we’re prompt in coming to the house to sample, measure & quote. Quote wasn’t quite as good dollar wise, as I was led to believe but we are very happy with the sumptuous look and feeling of the carpet. It’s absolute bliss! The carpet layers used were efficient, professional people that we felt very comfortable with in our home. Sadly, Harrison’s do not provide a mat binding service for left over carpet, which other providers include and this was disappointing. However, the independent carpet layers were able to give me the details of a binder who was very reasonable & did a wonderful job. Overall, yes we would use Harrison’s again and are happy to recommend them.”

“Great service from initial consultation visit to laying of our new vinyl. Prompt, friendly, informative, great quality service, and who did what suited us. We have been very pleased with Harrison’s when we have used them previously for new carpet, drapes and blinds and are our now our first choice.”

“All people involved were very customer focused and provided what was required. Amanda provided excellent verbal contact. The Carpet layer and door trimmer was warm, friendly and accepting of the residents and their situation. Fast efficient workers.”

“This is the second time we have used Harrisons (Dave, Wendy and Dane). As always a great experience, Dane is a trooper turns up on time, works hard and does a great job. Nothing too much trouble for Dave with advice on ideas, popping round to check that everything is ready to ensure a smooth fitting. Wendy keeping the communication going, both Dave and Wendy provided great help and support throughout the process, including working with our house insurance provider. Happy to provide 5 stars.”

“Awesome customer service. Shane was great in helping us choose our carpet and vinyl planks. The installers were wonderful and got the flooring down quickly and with no fuss. Love my new floors.”

“My experience with my salesperson from Harrisons (Kelly) was professional and 'perfect' at all times. She was extremely professional (as was Tracey from admin - forgive me if I have the name wrong). I am a somewhat 'hard to please; customer and all in all, my experience with Harrison's was superlative. I would recommend Harrisons again to anyone I knew who was looking for products in their sales range.”

“We are very happy with the carpet and the service Harrisons supplied. We were in a hurry to choose the carpet and get the carpet laid. Harrisons had a cancellation and they put us forward for an early installation. We are very pleased with our moderate budget wool carpet. Thank you !”

“Fantastic service from the team in Tauranga. We were redoing the flooring in a rental property and had tight time frames to work within. The team were prompt, professional and worked with us to plan ahead and pre-book installation at the time for booking the initial site visit to help streamline the process. Great team, great result, thanks, Jo and Dion”

“After my building work had been done I needed some patching done on my carpet. Davin gave me honest and helpful advice about what was required, and the guys did such a skilful job. They used carpet from another room for the patches (which was replaced by carpet that was a very good match). You can barely see where they did the multiple mends - I am very happy.”
