“Would have thought a rep would have done a on site measure up and evaluation before quotation as we only gave a estimated area and floor condition , layer had to called back to remedy unglued parts, overall only average”

“What I liked about Harrisons Carpet was that the franchisee,Mathew Barker made every endeavour to meet my needs and budget.As promised,he went back after the initial measure up to see whether the 'BL' measurement could be reduced after the plan was implemented.It came back reduced,albeit by not a great deal but a savings nevertheless. I was also able to reduce the cost of the furniture shift by 50%. in alignment with other oppositions.”

“I was very happy but they ran out of lino and I had to wait for more to be ordered. Nevertheless, the installer was very good, and friendly, and I believe they went the extra mile to make me happy. Well done!”
