“I was so wrapt with the curtains in my bedroom that I got Nikki to come back and do the other two bedrooms and a new rail for my lounge. The service and quality have exceeded my expectations. Nikki has the flair to know what curtains suit each room and execute it well. I highly recommend Harrisons Curtains & Blinds for its beautifully made curtains and wonderful service.”

“Gabby was great, gave such good advice about colours, patterns, fabrics and curtains and romans. The install was efficient, communication was great and we were kept up to date with delivery. We love our curtains and blinds !”

“We certainly did not have a good experience with Harrison's curtains and blinds. Took three lots of curtains to finally get it right. Which was over six months. The first lot the hem was all over the place looked like an amateur I had sewn it. The second lot of curtains had no hem at all. We finally got the third light installed and no one even bothered to contact us to see if it was good or bad. The communication over the six months was terrible. We had a great experience with Harrison's carpets so we decided to go with Harrison's for the curtains even though they were quite a bit more expensive, I certainly could not recommend Harrison's curtains and blinds to anybody. We made a big mistake!”

“After some issues and an initially negative review Harrison’s went out of their way to send someone out and remedy the situation. A+ customer service. The blinds are once again as good as new. Thank you”

“The franchisee ,Toni that I dealt with was very professional, helpful with options and suitability of curtains and blinds for my villa, and very pleasant to deal with. I was glad to have temporary drapes installed for privacy while waiting for my order to arrive. The installers also did a very professional job with a very satisfactory result. Thank you to Harrisons, I will certainly recommend your products and services to anyone I know considering new curtains and blinds.”

“Curtains firstly were incorrect. Completely different curtains put up and we didn't notice until the installers left were busy at the time. A bit difficult to communicate this to the provider who communicated by saying 'were they hung the wrong side' 😂😂😂. Then when they were remade and hung - too short! light can be seen coming out of bottom of curtains/. We were told when it was reviewed the installer would come and fix by lowering curtains but that was months ago so obviously not happening. Never again will we get Harrison's. If you look at curtain length trends they sit well on the floor which adds to their elegance and that is what we expected. We paid a lot of money for curtains we are not happy with.”

“Had Donna Brown come to our home, she was great helped us pick new curtains for two rooms. Lots of good advice and plenty of colours and fabric to select from. She was very quick to email us with her pricing. We gave her the green light and curtains where installed within 6 wks. I held the install up as I was away for over a week . Barry contacted me and was there on time the following day installing our new curtains. Big job as they were very large windows. Big thank you to Donna,Barry and the curtain makers. Love our new look curtains and the great discounts we got . That completes our home make over with carpet, linoleum and curtains all from Harrisons. Big thank you Lynn and Stu”

“After taking over three months to install after an initial promise of three weeks blinds began falling apart within a week. Asked Harrison’s to fix but not covered by warranty apparently. Cut to nine months later and the very expensive blinds are unusable.”
