Jacob was extremely patient and helpful, explaining the alternatives available and process of conversion to solar thoroughly. He also provided suggestions about how to best use our system for further savings. Even though we installed our system just before one of the wettest winters I can remember, we're already seeing considerable savings.

Hi, things were fine until Monday 25th September 2017 when one of the trip switches shut off power to the kitchen. this happened again on Tuesday 29th August 2017, after which l rang our Harrison's installer, James Elliot told him what was happening..he said he'd get it sorted but hasn't come. The switch has tripped off 4 more times since....Sat 7th October, Sunday 8th October, Tuesday 17th October, and again last night, Thursday 19th October 2017. Signed: David Grant. 09 423 7128.

Bruce was very good at explaining the process and keeping a track of what was happening. Because he did this well the installation went smoothly and timed well so that it was up and running as soon as it was able. Thanks

We were really looking forward to having solar panels of which have not been installed as yet but I would like to let you know that my husband passed away on 1st October so I have not had a lot to do with the new build unless they need confirmation on something but I know that the panels will n o doubt be installed soon.

I phoned months ago to say the I-vent system we had installed was still leaving condensation on the windows on cold mornings and was told that they would get someone to come and adjust it for us. We even had a small amount of condensation last week. Nobody has ever been or called. We had another company come and tell us it is because we should have two motors and more outlets in the size our house is.

We have had no contact from your agent since we paid the deposit on the 03/08/17, we have had the installers come round and install the wiring and inverter 30/09/17 and have had the solar panels brought around when they we suppose to fit they found they had the wrong brackets 04/10/17 and we have had no further contact since. Unsure as to what is supposed to be the normal installation time but I think if memory serves me correct it was suggested 4 - 6 weeks from payment of deposit and now we are sitting around 10 weeks.

Panels not aligned as expected, very poor after sales service, if fact still waiting for it to happen I guess I will have to contact the salesperson again. Not impressed will not be recommending to anyone.

The installation crew were a good bunch of guys. Jacob was very helpful under difficult circumstances with a broken ankle. The price was very competitive.

Had to continually chase them to get the install done. then chase them some more to get the meter changed. Useless. Have not heard from them since, so much for the follow up we were promised. No such thing as customer service.

The team from Harrisons Wellington were the most professional team that I've dealt with in a very long time. Owner & Director Daryl Zuppicich was so helpful to our needs that it made the whole experience a piece of cake. Daryl went over and above to help us with both the install of the I-vent system into our kitchen and then the install of the underfloor insulation. His team are a credit to them self and to Harrisons. They were so friendly and helpful. At the time of the work we had a newborn baby in the house and they worked around her sleeping times and when they couldn't you wouldn't have known they were even there. I would have know hesitation in recommending Daryl and his friendly team to anyone wanting and work done. We would like to say a big thank you again for all the help that you gave us.

We found Nerum very open and he explained our options fully. From the time we decided to go ahead with the installation, all we had to do was change our power supplier to one who buys back excess solar energy - Nerum did all the rest. We are very happy with the whole transaction and are looking forward to receiving our first (smaller) power bill. Thanks Nerum.
