“I signed up on the 17 August 2017 to receive insulation in my property. I was advised that it would be installed in 6 weeks. It is now the 02 November 2017 and I have never heard from Harrisons energy again since the 17 August.”

Thank you for your contact Pam. I understand that there have been delays with the Auckland Council Rates Scheme and this is now being actioned.

“I phoned months ago to say the I-vent system we had installed was still leaving condensation on the windows on cold mornings and was told that they would get someone to come and adjust it for us. We even had a small amount of condensation last week. Nobody has ever been or called. We had another company come and tell us it is because we should have two motors and more outlets in the size our house is.”

“Panels not aligned as expected, very poor after sales service, if fact still waiting for it to happen I guess I will have to contact the salesperson again. Not impressed will not be recommending to anyone.”
