Their install team were really professional and efficient and did a great job. I honestly can't find fault with anything. Really appreciated the after install visit to make sure we got the most out of our system and knew how to use the app.”

“The installer of the solar panel inverter managed to damage my office ceiling alongside where they had been working on the install. Insurance sorted it out but left me with a $500 insurance excess to pay as the installer claimed it had been like that previously (rubbish). Disappointing. Andrew from Harrison's Wellington otherwise good to deal with.”

“We believe the products will be of a good standard as we have had solar installed by Harrison's in a different area and are pleased with the installation of our current solar panels. However the service and communication from the Harrison's representatives has been very poor and we would not be keen to deal with them again.”

“A lengthy time elapsed between ordering the solar panels and the battery, and the installation. Given the situation arising from Covid, I quite understand the reasons for this. The most important thing was that Harrison's kept us informed about what was going on. The system is performing, I would say, beyond our expectations.”

“We enjoy the system but and this is a big but.... we have not heard from Harrisons since the system was installed. I think it would be a good gesture, if for no other reason than to show a modicum of interest on how the system is meeting the needs vs the expectation of the customer... You know, the good old glad hand... Who know, there may very well be the need of an upgrade. also, do you offer the means of installing a EV charging port?”
