“The installation process was easy and within the agreed time frame in spite of Covid lockdown. All the equipment works fine and after a few bugs in the initial commissioning it's working great. The system is exceeding my expectations. We are powering our house and charging two EVs almost totally from the solar system. All good....”

“App for Tesla battery not working on Samsung phones since app upgrade - Harrisons bounced us onto Tesla who say that the problem is the Samsung phone, however, Samsung sells more phones than Apple! Are we now expected to buy an IPhone to manage the app? We can't manage the battery without the app. or see/manage the power usage or solar panel input. Next steps - consumer council or Fair go??”

“There were many added expenses which we had to pay for. The size of the Fronius, about the size of a vacuum cleaner, was a nasty surprise and it ended up having to be installed inside, another surprise and not easy to find a place for, and it makes a noise. Hmmmm. It would have been good to know because these were unwelcome surprises.”
