I cannot praise Harveys Wakefield enough for the great service we have received from them, particular mention must go to Yvonne for her excellent help. Would recommend anyone to shop here.

Visited the Eastbourne store. Staff in store were amazing, not pushy and we had a great laugh together. Nice range of sofas and dining furniture. Would recommend them

Wow they are so different, after recently shopping at the Wednesbury branch my whole view of this company changed, we were served by Jason, who was so down to earth and just let us get on with it, by that I mean no pressure to buy anything, just a friendly greeting and help when we asked, if only other stores were like this they would not scare customers off, prices were very very good compared to other stores , I Purchased a beautiful quality leather 3 seater sofa, and Jason's knowledge was superb, well done Harvey's you just won a customer, i will be back.

Good quality furniture. After 2 poor sofa purchases from SCS, we needed to get it right, and 2 years down the line I am still happy enough to go back there and now look for some dining room furniture. Dont believe all the sales hype though, but thats the same anywhere.

I ordered a suite from Harvey’s two two seater recliner and a 3 seater recliner in may19 when they arrived On the 2nd September they were damaged so they left the suite so we had something to sit on they ordered a replacement we had to wait 12 weeks which wasn’t bad at least we had something to sit on the new. New suite was delivered on the 23rd December guess what it was damaged so we refused delivery so they took it back 4 weeks on no phone call text email from them I have emailed them phoned them when they do answer they haven’t got a clue told waiting on the manufacturer so I phoned again too ask if they have ordered another suite only to be told that they had discontinued the suite. In September so I asked how did you manage to delivery me a second suite in December If it was discontinued in September I asked was it a ex display one I was told no it might be one that had been ordered and cancelled most likely sent back. So today I had a phone call of them. They want to pick the first sofa up before I get my refund so I asked if they were going to give us any compensation for the inconvenience of having nothing to sit on and the fact that we are going to be out of pocket because we have to go and buy something to sit until we order a new suite all they said it’s not there problem I really don’t know why they have a customer service because they don’t do anything they clearly don’t know how to answer emails or how to contact anyone if there is anything wrong with there products But they come alive when it comes to take your money I would not recommend the shower of s....t to anyone there like flys on s... when you go into the shop but when there’s something wrong they run for the hills CON CON

Ordered sofas in January and was told 12 weeks to delivery. Received a letter today to say that there is a delay. Because of Chinese New year being extended . No mention of sofa being made in china. I wouldn't have purchased it. Probably delayed because of the virus. I honestly thought they were made in this country. Do not want anything from China. Not happy.

Ordered furniture for my mum’s new retirement flat on 2 September. After a number of calls and a cancelled delivery date a delivery date of 26 November was booked. Delays were apparently due to a missing coffee table and a new computer system. Was advised I would receive a message 2 days before advising am or pm, did not receive a message and was waiting for over an hour for customer contact centre to answer on 26th. Furniture was actually delivered on 26th but having waited nearly 2 months I won’t be using them again.

Delivery guys were rude when I pointed out that the legs needed fitting and 2 were missing. Customer service were no better. Eventually sorted, by which time the sofa cushion seemed stretched, almost ready to burst. The 2nd guy who came to do the legs (yes, the first guy came and didn't know that 2 legs were missing) said they wouldn't be interested until such time as it actually splits. Never again.

Brought 2 sofas and after only 6 months one sofa needs repairs, not at all happy after spending 1,200 pounds on them . My advice don't shop with them

I bought 2,3,seater leather sofas, turns out they are not leather but pvc/plastic and are flaking/peeling spent over£3000 and not happy to be completely ripped off

We purchased a cream leather 3 piece suite from Harveys in 2016, we were advised to pay for the insurance due to it costing over £3,000 then less than two years later we noticed the leather was starting to flake on the headrest area, although we regularly used the cleaning kit supplied by Harveys when we purchased it, when we contacted Harvey to ask what they can do about it as we had taken there insurance cover we were told there was nothing they can do and that the insurance was only cover for the mechanical recliner mechanism and motors, so now I'm having to patch up with repair kits while saving to replace all chairs.

Very discusting i had bought a leather sofa With insurance for £2200 and extra money for the insurance i have had it only for 1 year and a half its peeling and colour coming off. I called the insurance company only to spoken to very rudely and to be told its not covered. Dont buy anything from here they are thieves and not helpful at all while giving a horrible attitude towards an existing customer.
