Absolutely disgraceful company... we are one of the lucky people who received our furniture on aug 30.... However the quality would make MFI look good. From the day we received our furniture we have had bolts drop out, bolts missing, table rails fail.... the suite is of second rate built, pleased to see the customer service matches the dining room suite!!! We are having to replace the whole suite... in fact to be honest I do not think even a replacement would suffice ... I would advise anybody to really avoid this company and spend your hard earned money on furniture that is SAFE, installed correctly.... We are finding that Harvey’s are not interested in talking directly to their customers, they will only text you when it all goes wrong.... please check out the many pages on Facebook of people complaining!!!! A very very disappointed and let down customer time and time again!!

Avoid Harvey's I have a leather sofa from them or hasn't been upholstered correctly it's a recliner with two seat cushions within weeks one side that I sit on most it started to sink in the middle and doesn't support me properly, when I informed Harvey's they sent an man to inspect he said I should try bashing the front of the leather seat to get it back into shape its laughable and will not work because the springing inside and infill cannot support me I weigh 13 stone, Harvey's use a contract company to come inspect and the man was hopelessly trying to con me, so Harvey's use a contract finance company to for the payments and their stores are there to display the goods were you get the sales patter, avoid Harvey's they are dodgy just like the sofa they have supplied to me.

Never ever buy from Harveys i ordered and paid for a £3000 corner sofa on April i got 2 extra seats put in it just before delivery i was telephoned to say the suite was damaged and my order would have to be remade after terrible customer service attitude i decided to fone the store i bought it from they wer very helpful but my suite had to b remade so it will be another 12 weeks i wasnt even offered a loan of suite i had to ask so they sent me a horrible couch i had to make do with this for 3 months phone call after fone call i was getting angry with customer services so i decided just to wait then id keep getting txt messages nearly every week saying my suite was ready and when i phoned it was a mistake after 6 full months i finally got my sofa the only decent people working for Harveys wer the 2 delivery men so nice and a sales person called Mark who worked in the Paisley store . So anybody going to buy from Harveys id keep as far away from this store as you possibly can

Where to start completely agree about not going there wish we hadn't ,shocking customer services cannot get through to them and store don't want to know .Total rubbish . Spent £1200on a corner unit ,one of the arms bubbling up and starting to split ,customer service answer was could you have cleaned it wrongly or have you been leaning on it to heavily .???? Where do they get these people. !! Still awaiting answer of what to do about it been waiting 3 months and not answering e-mails anymore either Will never shop here again .

very bad customers service , don't buy from Harvey's, I got L shape sofa out of size ,different dimensions then what they offer and they say with manufacturer tolerance.

Awful substandard products and dreadful customer service. 2nd sofa arrived defective. They sent a man out to examine the sofa. He said that they didn't fit together as the connecting bar was bent. No response from Harveys so I called customer service who said there was nothing wrong with the sofa and I would have to psy for an independent report!!!

ordered 2 sofas back in December and have been trying to get them delivered for months with out success, and now today have been told they are not letting me have them as ive taken to long, even though i gave lots of possible dates. i have decorated my room around these sofas and i am fuming, will never use HARVEYS again

0 out of 10,,, order 2.5k settee on understanding it would fit thro doors , took measurements and was promised it would be NO problem , even supervisor said the delivery men were experts and would takes doors off if required, waited nearly 3 months for delivery and due to my wife's mother being ill I had day off work ... woke at 634am to be told delivery would be 9-11am . On arrival I said are you taking doors off .....NO was answer , we don't do that........ I am no joiner but I had to try take bi folding doors off as they stood watching complaining they only get so long for delivery.... a furniture is fantastic ,,,, the sales people are down right liars . If my wife had been here not me we would not have been able to take delivery having waited and paid £2500 .... Disgusted doesn't cover what we both think ...... Never ever dealing with Harvey's again . After care is non exsitant .... Disgusted from stockport

I would have given no stars but did not have the option. Ordered sofas 13/01/19 from Tollgate store, still waiting for the 3rd suite to be delivered as the last two were damaged, also the style has changed so had to revise our order to fit room. I have been told by Harvey's customer service that the suite was in there distribution centre on the 5th Sept, have sent emails, been to see the manager of store & numerous phone calls & still no suite. I have asked for our case to be escalated higher, still nothing. I am now taking this further. I would NEVER recommend as customer service is non existent & nobody seems to be able to resolve or care.

Harvey’s customer service is a joke no responses from email every time I phone on option 8 I'm 21 in the queue I have a three week old sofa that is lopsided and want it fixed

Promised a delivery date for sofas at point of sale and then had it postponed because 'the supplier didn't have any in stock'. Customer service is a joke - on hold on two separate occasions for 46 and 38 minutes and finally spoke with retarded halfwits. Demanded loan furniture for the interim period and was told that my 'request would be considered'. Blatant breach of contract and fraudulent trading in my opinion. If I ran my business the way they run theirs I would be bankrupt in a month. Not the first time I've been let down by these shysters, but it's definitely the last. Avoid at all costs, the Board of Directors should be ****ing ashamed of themselves.

Ordered a space-saving 2 tables in 1. However when parcel arrived just 1 table for the same price! Tried ringing customer services over two days, no reply & large phone bill!!! When I then choose another telephone option, just to find out why I couldn’t get to speak to the right department, was informed even though phone lines open @ 9, that department does not answer calls til after 11am, due to answering emails!!! Have no idea how any customers email them, as no email address on website!!!! Have never experienced such poor customer service & have seriously been Mis-sold this product!

Cancelled order 3 weeks ago yet manager kept stating I didn’t yet she doesn’t work at Hq she also insulted me by calling me love on numerous occasions yet she knew my name too £500 for the canceling total rip off and regional manager won’t contact me don’t but from Harvey’s

The worst customer services experience I have ever had! We purchased a dining table and chairs from Harveys Furniture Store and discovered it has woodworm. We were asked to obtain an independent assessment report, which verified the wood worm and was sent to Harveys. We were informed that we should discard the table and chairs due to the wood worm (a member of the customer services team at Harveys advised this). We were provided with options including a refund or replacement buy two different members of the customer services team. Even though we have already discarded the table Harveys are now disputing the report, leaving us without a table and chairs. I have been dealing with 'escalations manager' today and have never been so patronised in my life. Absolutely appalling and we will never buy from them again.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure if purchasing a lot of expensive furniture from. Ordered 2 sofas, one was broken and the other had lumps in it, took many weeks to sort out. I ordered an expensive solid Oak dining table and chairs, the table arrived with damage and covered in a sticky oiley substance, took 3 weeks for someone to come out and look at it then a further 5 weeks to get s replacement. The replacement with subpar quality with patches of oak wood that didn't match, Harvey's ignored the request to replace it. Every company has issues with their products, I was just unlucky but what isn't acceptable is the customer service process/policy.

Horrible service. Your order can be delayed for months. You will be oh hold to talk to someone for upto one hour at times only when someone answers and not being helpful

Ordered a sofa from the Huddersfield store on 5th July. Before ordering the sofa we found out the lead times and was advised some of the items of display were "stock items" meaning they had shorter lead times for delivery. We chose a sofa and checked it was in stock as we had a strict time frame on when we needed it by. We told the salesman in store this and asked him to double check the time frame given. Once a delivery date of 12th July was agreed we took out a finance agreement on the sofa and went ahead with the order. On the 10th July I received a text message stating it would be delivered on 12th July between 7am and 1pm. However, on the 11th July my partner received a voicemail stating the item wasn't in stock therefore wouldn't be delivered as agreed. I tried to call customer services but on 10 occasions through the day but was cut off before been able to speak to someone. Eventually I managed to speak to Emily in customer services on the 11th call after 45 mins on hold. When I explained the trouble I had in trying to contact the company she explained there was a fire drill so all calls were cancelled. I was frustrated by this so asked why this wasn't made clear on an automated message or displayed on the website and she simply states "well your not the only one who couldnt call we cancelled all calls and needed to do the training". The call then went from bad to worse! I asked why the sofa wasn't going to be delivered and she stated its not in stock so I asked for an update on when it would be but she stated she couldn't give one as they need to wait for it to come in. Frustrated with this I asked to speak to a manager but she refused to allow me to. She simply told me to wait to receive a call but refused to give a time frame and put the phone down. I read the reviews and thought an order of one sofa that was supposedly in stock couldn't go wrong.....How wrong I was...They are a disgraceful company and the many reviews showing very similar problems show this isn't an isolated case!
