Great Service all round for our company, we have used haus direct for some time now for our office furniture, the latest order did take longer than usual however the fact that they can deliver unlike some other companies we have been let down by is good enough for us, our advice would be if you can wait then this is the company for you at present as they are reliable when the goods are delivered, quality is not even questionable and superb German engineering in what we have to date. Expect delays it’s sadly not normal times still out there and we have been buying lots from all over to get our offices back up and running. But having spent £££’s now we are very satisfied with the service levels received to date. People will always expect more especially from your brand, can’t always please everyone, we will be back again soon for phase 4 as discussed with Joe. Thanks.

Great service and staff very attentative, My experience has been very pleasant indeed and for those who may not have been as fortunate it’s a great shame as some of these comments really seem far from the truth as I got more than I thought I would receive, maybe give them a chance buyers as I would certainly not hesitate to buy from this company again, team are very pleasant to speak with and one or the managers called when I expressed some concerns before ordering and the gentleman was very professional and reassuring. Pleased I went ahead with my purchase.

Made a purchase 14 days ago, banana plant delivered well within the timescale. Very pleased with the quality of this item, looks very real given it is artificial. Thank you for your prompt delivery and product quality, Lauren advised you offered unique products and this is certainly something you can source in the high street. I will be back.

Very happy and satisfied with my purchase, called the new 0333 number and the team managed to get me through to the sales team, placed my enquiry to confirm if two items matched, Sam was brilliant almost ordered the wrong items didn’t realise the grey gloss and the grey glass were offered in the office range but thanks to Sam managed to co-ordinate the correct pieces. Items arrived from Germany in 3 weeks, delivered 2 days outside the delivery window but that’s to be expected and to be honest. Delivery firm were brilliant, great experience and first purchase from Haus direct. It will certainly not be my last. You have some lovely items. Thank you for looking after me during my purchase.

Thanks haus direct. Sam is a big saver for your company, I think he should be recognised for his efforts and hope your management team read this. Had an issue with my order tried a few times couldn’t reach you, tried on your new number this week and got straight through, same got in touch after I left my details with the switchboard team, he called back promptly. He went above and beyond to sort my order and it arrived yesterday, great product and great service from Sam. I almost cancelled and if it wasn’t for Sam I wouldn’t be writing a positive review here. Pleased to see you have taken onboard customer feedback and recruited a new team to answer calls promptly, I appreciate COVID restrictions to date and thank you for improving your communications channels and wish you all the best moving forward.

I am updating my recent poor review. I understand now having got through to Haus Direct that they have had some serious customer problems but have this week doubled their workforce. I just managed to ring again on the day the new staff arrived and my call was answered by a really helpful and understanding member of staff. I have established that my order from February was in fact lost by the outsourced delivery company (who they stopped using in March due to a number of lost items). They didn't know it was lost because I couldn't get in touch with them to let them know. Anyway having managed to now speak to customer care they have been fantastic and I have received a full refund. Many thanks customer care you were great this week .

Thanks haus. We can honestly state our transaction was flawless with this company. Managed to get through in 1 minute so no waiting time for us, placed an order for the Silas console table in black, great purchase, arrived well within the advertised timeframe. No problem from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

5* for product quality, 5* on delivery service 4* Delivery timeframe (2 days delayed) 3* Communication This is how I would rate this business, I’ve had a pleasant time but it took me several attempts to reach the company. Overall I rate this a 4* business. Only being critical here as I read reviews before ordering which were mixed and my experience has been great as ultimately it’s all about the product, I’ve had communication delays also with Matalan and Flannels recently so seems to be online companies are most likely being overwhelmed with order intake and customer engagement but just wanted to share my experience as it may help others who have concerns before ordering. My advice is don’t panic if you can’t always reach them, the product arrived perfectly and so the logistical operations are active for sure, just challenging at times and frustrating if you can’t reach them on the phone. Hope my experience helps you and I will shop again.

No issues at all! Would not hesitate to recommend. Communications were slow at times but they do state timeframes so if you go by this my advice would be to leave them to it as the lady i spoke to told me they are using centralised depots at present and cannot always get immediate updates, my delivery arrives in good time so nothing to complain about, I did say to the lady however if they maybe had more info on the log in page for the orders progress stages this would probably stop calls for Customers chasing as most of the reviews which are negative appear to be related to poor communication. The company have a great product base and site looks professional, sounds like they just need an improvement with progress updates to me but other than that I have had a comfortable experience and the main thing is the product is mint!

For the few that feel this is fraudulent I can confirm this is certainly not the case, we have struggle to get through a number of times as the lines are actively queued, if you wait and call at the right times you will get through but can only imagine with many working from home we all are trying to call at the same time. Despite some struggles on the phone we got through and I am happy to say our goods arrived all in one piece with a. Professional delivery service, item is now built and it is absolutely stunning. We ordered a Silas console, to be fair I think it looks better quality but than the price we paid, no complaining of course but just goes to show if you shop around not every company are here to rip you off. Haus it’s been great dealing with you, it must be difficult with the volumes you are experiencing to keep everyone happy but if it’s any consolation your doing a great job. Thank you for making our home a better place.

Fantastic product delivered from this company, can’t fault the quality at all, service could however have been a little better as it always took a while to get in touch but managed to get through after trying several times. I will however say when I did get though the team on two occasions were very in the ball. I would not hesitate in buying from these guys again. Thank you guys, my wife is happy so that keeps me in the good books.
