Thank you Sam for your assistance to date. I’ve waited 5 weeks for my order, website stated 4-6 weeks, items were stocked in their Holland warehouse, Sam advised they operate from 18 different despatch centres. I did struggle occasionally to get through by telephone but Sam emailed me back when I needed any update so I personally felt at ease and am full of confidence In this companies ability to deliver as they have. Not only is the Giro bookcase of fantastic build it also came delivered with the hand tools to build it, they supplied me with a screwdriver and spanner. Absolutely amazed by attention to detail from them. Now for those who are complaining I can assure you give them a chance they are under immense pressures, poor guys are just answering calls back to back, if we stop calling let’s let them crack on with their actual daily tasks, if they are answering calls all day long how do you expect your order to actually get delivered if daily tasks are not completed in time. My advice is sit tight, my goods arrived during COVID times and in good time so for me I’ve enjoyed my experience. Thanks hausdirect.

All round positive experience. Products were slightly delayed but well worth the wait, my boy loves his Tee Pee bed. Thanks to Sam we made the right choice!

Fantastic quality, ordered and they delivered, read reviews before ordering to as there are not too many I always take things like single experiences with a pinch of salt, if someone has a bad experience then always tend to go all out but even the larger companies can get it wrong. Thought I would leave my experience on here as I said to haus I would given Kirsty’s challenges in dealing with a few issues i did have with a delivery, 1 part was damaged but promptly replaced, given the unprecedented times I was very impressed how quick it came from Germany. You can often judge a company once they rectify an issue with aftersales care and I must say my encounter has been smooth and they have been very attentive. I’m guessing it they have thousands of customers from the sounds of it they only have 9 members of Staff answering calls so probably explains why some people are complaining with communication concerns. I saved a lot of money buying from here and I will certainly be back as I work with online businesses as a career and I can see this company have invested heavily making them credible in my eyes and that’s coming from a professional in the industry. Give them a chance I did and it was the best decision.

Thank you haus direct, great console table from the Silas range, I was let down by cuckoo land but came to you and managed to save money and get in delivered in good time. No hassle with my purchase and pleased I have found you as we want a few more pieces to match. 100% Genuine from my experience, it’s very easy to write negative comments they deserve more credit, had a good chat with the sales team and we actually had a chat about “who actually really goes out of their way to leave a positive review these days?” Well here I go with my positive experience and I was not paid to write this either, trust me this company is worth dealing with, maybe a little busy at times on the phone but your ordering online and COVID-19 times expect delays it’s perfectly normal. Well done Haus, I have had a wonderful experience shopping with you. ITD your courier are fantastic as well. 10/10.

Brilliant service from haus, we ordered some items to fit in with our current restricted lifestyle and website stated 10 days goods arrived in 4, can’t complain at all! All round positive experience for me, ordered b-beds for the garden, arrived promptly and exceptional quality from extreme lounging. Looked at a few negative comments and while only a handful thought I would give them a chance as the site looks professional and must say I am glad I went with them as it’s a great product and a brilliant price! No knock this company as we are extremely happy with the goods!!

Great Service all round, ordered the Dennis collection bedroom range, my son loves it and looks really trendy too! We were advised 4-6 weeks however it took 7 weeks in the end but that was acceptable for us given the current times. Thank you to the young lady who helped us out with logging into our account which we had difficulties with initially. One box arrived damaged but the contents were fine so not something we reported at the time. We have had no issues during our transactions and our son is delighted. I have emailed an image to the lady who I spoke with initially, please can you pass this on to her, sadly I did not get her name, maybe her name is logged in our account as she was making notes on my enquiry when chasing for a delivery date. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, we had the pleasure of a helpful friendly gentleman who advised us before ordering there was a small delay, given the current situation with covid-19 this was totally understandable. My advice would be check the general time frames detailed on the product page and add at least 1 week into this as we were told this on our desk we ordered and it was actually 6 days on top which to be fair is absolutely acceptable. We are in challenging times right now and I know we all need and want our products tomorrow but the restrictions we all face today are the very same restrictions companies also face and if something like a desk is in high demand this is always going to lose a challenge to businesses especially if drivers are restricted with workforce’s. I had a very good chat with the sales guy about this and totally get it and equally respect that not everything is running as smoothly as people would like. We are now working on our desk and love it to bit, thank you haus direct.

Great Service, Great Professionalism from the lady I dealt with along with a great product. I waited 8 days for my bean bags to arrive and it was well worth the wait. Keep up the hard work, I run a small business as know how good feedback can help and how easy it is to not leave feedback, as discussed with the lovely lady I said it’s important to recognise the small things as many on here seem to have communication issues, I rang and got straight through, I also emailed and received a response; I have my products and that is enough for me to say this company do exist, products are actually better than expected. Don’t be put off but the small percentage of people who have had a bad experience, which business do you know that runs 100%.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Haus Direct, by far the most competitively priced, ordered two Oxford desks for my boys, one company were £120 more per item, ridiculous, clearly some companies are making the most of the demand for home working products, those that are not having a positive experience, I can only say I did not have any issues and you must be very unlucky as the desks arrived slightly outside the timeframe but this is to be expensive, I haven’t tried calling the telephone lines but I did create a ticket and got a response in 2 days which is acceptable for me. Products is great quality and German engineered, kids love it. I just wanted to share my experience as I saw some reviews before ordering, not all are bad so gave these guys a go, ordered on my credit card so would be protected if an issue and I have to say they delivered, we had communication from the ticket raised so what more can I ask for. Thank you for supplying me with two items we couldn’t source in our local high street due to Covid, I will be back for sure as my experience was faultless. Stay safe.

Unsure if others were dealing with the same company here as we called twice got through both times and received our goods 3 days before the usual delivery time scale. I don’t normally write reviews but felt some one the reviews I read before ordering are very harshly directed to this company as they went above and beyond to get my order delivered through very challenging times for most companies. How people can sit there and complain is beyond me, maybe people need to think before considering this company, realistically how many of us would leave a positive review from a transaction? Always the small percentage that have a bad experience come on here and complain, i can honestly tell you my experience was better than expected and they deserve more credit. If you don’t take negatives with a pinch of salt it’s your loss!! Great job Haus Direct.

Review 1 - Pre Delivery So, having been originally put off by some of the reviews on here, I deceived to call Haus Direct as per Charley review below to discuss the delivery options. I spoke to a great guy (Tom) who explained everything for me. The desks in question are German engineered and therefore only shipped directly from German. Considering delays with the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, Tom explained what the delivery timeframe will likely look be, which is completely understandable. This differs from the displayed delivery tine, but when you read the delivery terms, it does in-fact state both within the drop down Delivery Information in the product page and also within the Delivery Info tab at the bottom of the website. To conclude, I am glad I called, Tom explained everything to me and provide great information on the product we are purchasing, and look forward to receiving our desks when they arrive. To which I shall leave a review on the delivery experience and quality of the products received. Many thanks to Tom and everyone at Haus Direct.

Having read reviews online after placing my order, I was skeptical as to the quality of the service. I decided to call (got through first try around 1pm) and spoke to a gentleman called Sam who I assume to be the owner of the company. He was nothing but courteous and we spoke about the reviews honestly, noting that its mostly only those who have something negative to say who leave reviews. It seems many people do not notice delivery times vary for many of the products on the site. I ordered a chair from the website for my office and not only was it the lowest price available online, it also arrived well within the delivery times advised. I had no issues using the service whatsoever. My only qualm perhaps would be the invoice stated no monies would be taken until despatch (might be worth changing), and I did not receive a despatch notification. That being said the item arrived so quickly I couldn't really complain. My advice would be to call and speak to Haus personally if you have any doubts, as it turned out to be one of my more enjoyable online shopping experiences! The chair is also great, thanks Sam!

We are happy to learn it has been a positive experience for you, and like many people who also encounter positive experiences when buying online it becomes normal to accept goods should be delivered in time, I guess people do not always go out of their way to leave feedback when a transaction is delivered within a timeframe advertised, as its expected. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve noticed the reviews here are very mixed, so I wanted to have a say. I ordered a big tv unit from Haus Direct as everyone else who sold the same item weren’t delivering due to COVID-19. I found a discount code online to get 10% off which I was struggling to apply, I phoned up and the polite man on the other end explained to me what I was doing wrong and we solved the issue so I got my 10% off. I ordered the item, payment taken immediately and then the item was delivered 2 weeks later which I think is fantastic due to the current circumstances. The TV unit was in perfect condition and we love it. I think HausDirect did a fantastic job with my order, especially considering the current circumstances

Best price online and top service, during these unprecedented times I was pleasantly surprised to see our goods arrived on time. We did struggle to get in touch initially but the help desk team assisted us and this was enough for us to know we were in safe hands despite some reviews we read before. I felt the need to respond as I did think twice initially and I’m pleased I stuck with my gut feeling, sideboard is brilliant and looks amazing in our room. Thanks again.

Tried to purchase the Frank olsen furniture from NEXT, services we’re not as great nor pleasant with the staff who responded, contacted haus and they arranged a next day delivery, what more could you want, just goes to show smaller companies do care and Kirsty went the extra mile from our experience following our disappointment from NEXT. Would not hesitate to come back at all! 5* Service..
