I STAND CORRECTED.. you shouldn’t believe everything you see in these reviews. I was made to believe this company were fraudulent and would not come back to me BUT they have and I apologise profusely for my original review. I have not received my order yet but I wanted to leave this review now because I am fully confident that I will receive my order on Nov 7th as advised by delivery company. Million apologies to the staff that are obviously working hard, particularly to Sam who was friendly and professional. Please accept my humble apology- this is a genuine review by a new customer who wants to be forgiven for not having faith in Haus Direct, incorrectly may I add as they have just arranged delivery, made contact first, and will be delivering within the time frame advised on website. THANK YOU!!

I purchased 2 display units and was very happy with my purchase. There was some delays in them being shipped over from Holland, but Customer Services were very helpful. Delivery was very Covid safe, which was excellent. Units were very well wrapped and had no issues once unwrapped. Couldn't recommend highly enough for value for money, quality, delivery or customer service. Won't allow me to upload a photo, will see if I can add once published.

If you are looking for a unique and boutique products I would not hesitate in recommending this company, I am a senior buyer for a large interior design agency and we use this company several times a month for national showhomes, I appreciate we are in difficult times right now but I think those that are experiencing one off issues for the first time are more likely to shout about an issue, I deal with Sam, Tom and Kirsty most months and the see these reviews against a company who do nothing but a fantastic job is sad to read hence my time spent on our businesses own experiences, we had 2 deliveries delayed a couple of weeks ago but our of the 80 or so deliveries done in the last few years this is seriously nothing to be worried about. Volumes speak a thousands words, personally to read the few experiences here and decide not to buy is your loss, keep up the hard work Haus, you have come a long way since we started trading with you. We love what you do and are excited about 2021. Excellent all round service and faultless experiences

Fantastic service and massive credit to Joe, received my goods after 4.5 weeks delivery stated 2-3 weeks as a usual guideline, really happy with our TV unit and well worth the money, I would shop here again. Thanks HD.

Same as below. I have shopped with HAUS and had a nice experience not had any first hand issues as per negatives below, girls on the front desk are friendly and product has been delivered in an immaculate condition with the goods as expected if not better. Ordered a console now looking or order the matching side table to finish our room off! We will shop here again. Thank you.

Just wanted to share my experience with you all, I live 10 minutes from one of the stores and the company used to be based in a large warehouse 11 years ago 20 minutes from me, the same management team were in existence then and are now, sadly the wonderful manager who has serviced my orders personally for the past few years now has been promoted to the cheshire site, been back instore many times to have a browse as they have some an amazing selection and this has got to be one of the quirkiest boutique businesses within a 20 mile radius of me. I love them and for those of you doubting this reputable company who have gone from strength to strength give them some credibility, let’s be honest here who actually leaves a positive comment on every transaction?? I am leaving my review as I was speaking to the young lady in store last week and she politely asked after my purchase if I would mind leaving a review. Now from this I gathered many are being far too agresssive on here and for all these years I have never been asked to leave a comment, I can honest say this company have done more than 100 transactions over the years let’s use some logic and calculate these reviews do you honestly think all those other customers over the years have had a bad experience and even now, this is only a small quantity of customers complaining, im all for supporting local businesses and truly feel these reviews are mis-representing all the positive experiences people have had over the years. We are in a pandemic expect delays, get on with life and find something better to do, this company will deliver just be patient and let them do there job. Rant over, just feel those that provide negative breakdowns, well here’s my positive breakdown on this company that have served me and plenty of other customers over the years. Big special thanks to Joe for sorting out my delayed delivery, waited 2 weeks longer than the advertised guideline window, my Silas console table, it’s absolutely beautiful and well built. More than impressed, the delay is nothing but would have been nice to have an update that it was going to be delayed as I did worry but from first hand experiencing with Haus Direct they are legitimate and very polite staff who do actually care about us maybe they just have more orders than they can cope with but on the whole I received reassurances from Joe this would come and it did. Thank you for servicing my transaction as expected and pleased we came to a positive outcome. I will not hesitate to shop with you again. Thank you.

Amazed by the negative reviews as we had a straight forward experience and one that you would expect to experience form any reputable brand, we received various updates from the start of our order and then a delivery booking. Sam based on the North west office was very helpful indeed and was very attentive. Delivery team were brilliant and provide a delivery slot. No issues in our service levels at all, personally speaking make your own judgement and those who are complaining maybe unlucky on the product choice. We will be back!! Thanks haus.

Great product selection, made my second purchase from this company and can’t fault my experience at all both times. I’m not sure if everyone’s complaints may relate to desks but I’ve purchased a sofa which came from Holland from haus in 4 weeks and stated 4-6 weeks and second time round purchased a Silas console table and this came in 3 weeks despite it showing 6-8 weeks. Desks I can see are mentioned frequently on the negative comments, maybe worth reading the lead times noted on the product page before buying as I didn’t expect a next day service when placing and order and certainly didn’t need to call them every week for an update as it stated the timeframe. Would not hesitate to buy from here for the third time. Thanks for looking after us again haus. Personally I think your doing a fantastic job.

Thanks haus, product finally arrived after 2 weeks, initially a little concerned with reviews but took the chance on you and you certainly fulfilled, so sorry to have doubted you. Great service all round and Joe was a great help with pre purchase advice provided. Highly recommend you moving forward and just wanted to share my experience as I can see many seem to complain and only fair people year the truth about positive experiences as we certainly are more than satisfied. Pleased we made our purchase with haus direct, great product and was well worth the wait. Item stated 4-6 weeks goods arrived in 7 weeks, fantastic quality from Holland and delivery guys couldn’t do enough, we will certainly be back and would not hesitate to recommend! 5* experience for me.

100% honest review reposted from trustpilot as I feel they are being misrepresented by the negative reviews on this website too. I am ashamed that I panicked after reading reviews on here and promptly filed a chargeback with my Bank to get my money back from hausdirect. I calmed down and rung them as well as raised a ticket via my account on their website. Yes the phone is manned by an operator but she passed the message on and I promptly got a reply that morning. I asked for a refund and the money is back in my account a week after I put through the order online. I believe hausdirect is completely legit and suffered in the last few months with customer service and supply chain due to covid. I apologise for judging them and will buy again when I’m can afford the delivery times.

Personal service, speedy delivery and quality product. I’m so glad I ordered from here! They took the time to make sure I had the right piece of furniture, for what i needed in the space I had. While the furniture was stylish and modern, it was also robust and functional. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.

Big thank you to haus, thought I would share my experience as the staff nicely put it not many really go out of there way to come on here and leave good feedback only really when things go wrong do you right something, I don’t normally leave reviews but since our product has been delivered it’s changed our lives so much and we are able to work in our new office. Purchased a mini office and well worth every penny, we all have been working from this at home and its such a brilliant item and build. Looks amazing and also is very practical. Pleased with our purchase and also the service received from you. Thank you for getting it to us on time, really appreciated the drivers help also in getting it in from the rain too.
