“Goods were delivered intact despite being packed in a very large box with over 100 plastic pillows which were not protecting the goods at all as they were placed on top! Totally unnecessary and waste of packaging.”

“The parcels always arrive very promptly and such a good range of prices and products. I have however been really disappointed recently that product quality seems to have dropped. I have used products with the children I work with who have autism and other learning difficulties for years and the toys have lasted well. Recently I've purchased toys that have arrived broken or not worked properly or stopped working/ broken after I have used them a couple of times. This is really disappointing as I have to pay for many of these resources out of my own pocket!!”

“Product broke after the first few games on my son's birthday so we took it to the local store. You can't return things through the store even though you can collect?!!! Seems a bit of a shame. We had to take it back home. Service from this point was excellent. A replacement was sent out with no quibble. Just a shame we weren't able to swap it at the store and they send it back. It was a birthday present and my son was unable to play with it on his birthday.”

“Alway have fun with Hawkins bazaar they have the quirky,unusual stuff kids love, always value for money . Good delivery times,would recommend to anyone indeed have recommended to loads to f people searching for the stocking fillers or the present that's different.”

“Bought 2 lots of bright bugs for my boys. 1 lot worked fine the other is very temperamental works when it wants to. If I had the reciept I would take them back. Other than that they are great entertainment for my boys.”

“I mainly buy the Air fix models from Hawkins Bazaar.The ones I've bought are all great quality and are certainly cheaper than most stores online or otherwise.I have had a number of them delivered and they have been packaged well.I have had a few issues with the company Hawkins use to deliver giving a date and time and then not showing up and i know a few others have had issues as well.So possibly a change of delivery company would be nice.I have had to go else where at this point due to owning all of the airfix models Hawkins currently stocks.”
