The pillows are hypo-allergenic, hypo-bacteriogenic (washable), and available in 7 different thicknesses for adults in Standard, Queen, King & Travel sizes & 2 different thicknesses for children. “I found that the pillow was too hard and I woke up with a sore neck.”

“Service à la clientèle inexistante. L’oreiller est très inconfortable, il m’a donné mal au dos plus qu’avant, je les ai informé que je voulais un remboursement ou échange et Ils m’ont répondu en m’offrant un autre oreiller au prix de 60+taxes 😅🥲.J’ai répondu qu’en je voulais être remboursé, pas de prendre un autre oreiller et depuis ma réponse, ils m’ont simplement oublié. Ça c’est parce que on encourage les entreprises québécoises, c’est le résultat. Très déçu. L’oreiller est dans l armoire.. 150$ aux vidanges. Je mette une étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre zéro.”

Étant donné la nature personnelle d’un oreiller, nous faisons tout dans notre possible pour que vous puissiez essayer l’oreiller sur votre lit sans ouvrir l’emballage. C’est pour cela que nous emballons l’oreiller dans un sac à revers avec un sceau de protection. Dans votre cas, vous avez ouvert l'emballage de l'oreiller. La politique d’échange et de retour est très bien expliquée sur notre site et nous incluons une pochette informative dans la boîte avec les consignes d’essai. Par précaution additionnelle, nous avons indiqué sur l’étiquette que l’oreiller ne peut être retourné si le sceau est brisé. Nous sommes désolés que vous soyez insatisfait car nous tenons le service à la clientèle à coeur et c'est pour cela que nous vous avons offert un autre oreiller à un prix réduit. Désirée

“malgré le sondage préalable. elle est trop haute … et pour bien confirmer si cela me convenait, j’ai du la déballer car le sac de plastique gardait de l’air a l'intérieur et cela la rendait encore plus dur et restait beaucoup trop haute.. alors au final, je viens de perde beaucoup d’argent :-(.. je suis très déçue…. “This is my second CERV pillow, my first was a 24, but now I am using a 27, what a great pillow. Couldnt live without this and you should never go cheap on a good pillow, yes they are pricey, but worth it. My wife also uses a CERV pillow and it was recommended by our chiropractor.”

“This is a superb product in workmanship, and in the way that customers are guided in choosing the right pillow according to their size, weight, and their way of sleeping (side or back). They even called an emailed when concerned I might have selected the wrong size. I was impressed! I have used one for a few years, and wanted a new one so that during the drying time after washing, I would be able to continue with the same head support so I didn't have to do without! I also extended that logic to travel, and purchased a travel size, which came with the lovely storage/carry bag. I'm totally pleased with my experience.”
