Headleveler pillows are hand-made in Montreal by a family-run business and have been recommended and sold by health-care professionals and orthopedic centers for over 30 years. The pillows are hypo-allergenic, hypo-bacteriogenic (washable), and available in 7 different thicknesses for adults in Standard, Queen, King & Travel sizes & 2 different thicknesses for children. Headleveler offers a concierge custom pillow service based on body measurements and sleep habits.

Dans la boîte de votre commande, il y avait une pochette informative contenant les consignes comment essayer l'oreiller. Si vous trouvez l'oreiller trop épais, vous pouvez l'échanger pour un plus moelleux, si l'emballage n'a pas été ouvert. N'hésitez pas à communiquer avec notre équipe pour que l'on puisse vous aider. “Comfortable and loved the customer service, actually got a call from them to review the thickness requirement which was very nice in an age where that personal touch is often lacking. However my one beef is that once removed from the packaging there is no way to tell whether a pillow is size 18 or 21, so hubs and I guess whose pillow is whose. Perhaps there is a way to put a brand with size on the pillows?”

“Not the right pillow for me but what is really frustrating is the terrible return and/or exchange policy. The only way to test whether a pillow if right for you is to sleep on it for a night or two but Headleveler doesn't provide a protective cover (in order to test the pillow in a hygienic way) or allow for removal or the plastic covering (how can yo truly test a pillow with through plastic wrap and air?). All return and/or exchange processes are difficult and require additional payment from the consumer. If the company truly believed in their product these processes would free.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that the pillow is too thick for you. We reviewed the notes on your order. We had two telephone consultations with you in order to provide you with the best possible service. On both of these occasions, it was explained that you could cut the corners of the pillow package in order to remove as much air as possible, and try the pillow on your bed without fully opening the package. Sleeping with the plastic package is not recommended because air will re-infiltrate during the night. The purpose of trying the pillow on your bed is to ensure that you have the proper thickness given the different types of mattress firmness on the market. Pillows can be exchanged completely free of charge if they are unopened. Had the pillow package not been opened, we could have custom-made a thinner version to better suit you.
